This year's Sardonyx Music Conference made an even bigger impact than last year's...details and more pics will be up in the next few days!

The Undalrds rocked Altar Bar during the Friday Kickoff Party! Our friends at SLG Entertainment also supplied some food and a FREE limo service with City Lights Limousine! McKay Garner, Matt Crumpton and Rob Case conveying their experience and knowledge during the Licensing/Publishing/Contracts panel McKay Garner, Shukmei Wong, and Joe Scrocca having lunch at the Hard Rock Cafe.

SARDONYX HIGH SCHOOL ROCK CHALLENGE

Starts Saturday, October 23rd, at the BRAND NEW live music venue called THE RED THEATER in the Polish Hill area of Pittsburgh, 3028 Brereton Street. A big space, big stage, great sound, All Ages all the time!

If your band will have at least 2 high school students during the upcoming school year, you could possibly be in this HUGE competition! We can accept up to 36 bands total...5-6 bands per night, 5 weeks of competition, 5 bands will go to the Finals at a special venue to be determined.

PRIZES are being collected now, however, here's an idea of what the WINNERS will get:

** Here We Go Studios, featuring Ryan Wood, audio engineer, and frontman of Call To Attraction (great Pittsburgh band) is offering 2 hours of FREE STUDIO TIME to ALL ACTS WHO COMPETE! Check them out at www.myspace.com/hwgostudios.
** Big Show date(s)

** Music equipment and merchandise
** MUCH, MUCH MORE!!! (depending if you place 1st, 2nd, 3rd, other)

All you need to do is submit a $10 entry fee, send an email to info@sardonyxproductions.com with your myspace address, or a place where we can listen to your music, see pics, etc., then we will consider you for the competition.
